TinyShift Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TinyShift mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using TinyShift, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TinyShift. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
- Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Pricing may change in the future, and changes will apply on a forward-looking basis as permitted by law.
- Purchases made through app stores are subject to that store's billing and refund terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in TinyShift (such as habit entries and notes).
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may include or rely on third-party services (for example analytics, authentication, cloud messaging, or payment providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
TinyShift and its related branding, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyShift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
Where required by law, limitations may not apply in full.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
